After working as a cultural correspondent for the Center for American Progress and editor-in-chief of The Fader magazine, Wagner moved into advocacy work as executive director at Not On Our Watch Project.
Before becoming a part of The Huffington Post, Wagner fulfilled the role of White House correspondent for Politics Daily. Later, she was appointed as a judge on the television network MSNBC and made several guest appearances, including “The Last Word with Lawrence O’Donnell” and “Countdown with Keith Olbermann”. Alex then went on to host the news show “Now with Alex Wagner” which was revoked in July 2015. Attempts were made to secure her another weekend show which didn’t materialise.
